A RARE VIETNAMESE/ANNAMESE BLUE AND WHITE DRAGON EWER, SHIPWRECK ARTIFACT, LE DYNASTY, LATE 15TH/EARLY 16TH CENTURY, nicely modeled as a "U" shaped body with the head slightly turned and centering a menacing expression of deep set eyes, flaring nostrils above a pierced mouth spout flanked by bared fangs, set before a celestial windswept mane, over a long muscular neck and flaming fin spine, on a densely scaled sinuous body with powerful haunches ending in four claws, under the undulating tail with backside entry piercing, on an incorporated double blue lined slightly flaring oval base and unglazed underside.
