A WILLIAM AND MARY EBONIZED AND CARVED WOOD CHEST ON STAND, PROBABLY NEW ENGLAND STATES, POSSIBLY LATE 17TH/EARLY 18TH CENTURY, the rectangular hinged top above a face of recessed panels centering applied elliptical details, over a long drawer with circular pulls, flanked by shaped pilasters and recessed paneled sides, on a conforming block and turned leg stand connected by a similarly carved box form stretcher, red hand painted inventory number, "RA106."
