AN ANTIQUE MEXICAN HISTORICAL DOCUMENT, NOVEMBER 2, 1901, A MINING AND MINERAL RIGHTS CONTRACT FOR LA VICTORIA MINA, CATORCE, SAN LUIS POTOSI, MEXICO, SIGNED BY PRESIDENT OF MEXICO PORFIRIO DIAZ (1830-1915), ink on paper, document number 15714, with seven ink stamps and six paper stamps, granting mining and mineral rights for silver, lead, copper, and iron to Zeferino Salazar and Santiago Witherspoon on Francisco Coghlan's land. Condition:
Some toning to the paper throughout, most notably at back, creases are observed, edge wear, punched holes and a few possible tack holes are noted, some stains appear intermittently throughout, and two tears are noted at the central crease, otherwise in good to very good condiiton, wear commensurate with age and use.
